Building on the practices of The Yellow Door, Heaven & Earth applies the principles to ordinary, everyday events, making the practice a way of living rather than something to remember. Four intensive weekend workshops are connected by weekly evening sessions. Optional, additional group and individual coaching is available for those who want to apply the learning directly into a business context. This provides leaders, managers and team/project leads the guidance to lift their personal performance and provide their team members with higher level support for achievement of objectives.
