Alternatively you can print out the registration form below, fill it in and post it with credit card details or a cheque to Lotus in the City, PO Box 906, Surry Hills. NSW 2010. To pay online you will need to know the course name, date and fee (either deposit, full or part payment). You will receive a receipt of payment immediately with a follow up letter from us. For all courses, the minimum deposit is $200. This holds your place on a course and is non-refundable. However, the deposit is transferable to another Lotus in the City course, service or product. Please make sure you read our Duty of Care statements so you understand the agreements we are making with each other. |
