open sessions

You can find out about The Yellow Door and meet the Lotus teachers in person at a free, monthly, informal teaching session ... with no sales pitch! This is a genuine opportunity to find out more about what we do so you can make up your own mind about its value.

Open to graduates of all Lotus courses and their friends, the sessions are interactive so participants should come willing to learn something about themselves.

Each session covers a different topic with ideas that awaken the mind and skills that change behaviours for happier living so many people come every month as a way of sustaining their learning.

Sessions are held on the first Tuesday of each month. A light supper is available at 6.30pm; the session starts at 7:00pm and finishes about 9.15pm.
