Lotus in the City is part of a network of highly skilled and experienced counsellors, coaches and teachers. Everyone in the network is supervised by more experienced therapists and trainers to ensure standards of the highest quality and integrity.

This network provides specialised counselling or coaching services to graduates of Lotus courses who may want one-to-one support. The individuals in the network are well versed in the principles and methodology of Lotus in the City and are thus able to easily and effectively support the participant’s goals.

If people identify a serious or long standing issue they want to work with, we can recommend psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists and bodywork therapists, many of whom began their training on our personal development courses. They are able to support participants who want or need to deepen their healing work over a longer period.

Service Team / Work Study

Lotus in the City runs a Work Study Programme to support the practice of coaching, counselling & group leadership by people professionals whilst ensuring a high level of personal attention for course participants.

Training in group leadership, outcome focused coaching, personal support and teamwork is provided as well as the opportunity to serve on course service teams.
